Dear Real Estate Investor

Many of us pursue real estate as one of the safest and surest avenues to wealth creation, not just for ourselves, but with the idea of building intergenerational wealth and creating a legacy. And indeed real estate has been and continues to be a proven and faster vehicle for wealth creation versus other alternatives.

Like you, I am a real estate investor. I have also been educating myself in the world of real estate investing for the past few years, and I'm grateful to belong to groups such as DurhamREI, Real Estate Network Toronto, the Thornhill Wealth Forum, and Stilettos & Hammers; alongside, I have completed seminars with Keyspire and with CommercialAcademy.com. I plan on continuing to invest in real estate in the years to come. At the same time, I've realized that I could use my education and license in financial services to bring value to this wonderful and inspiring community by educating investors as to how they can protect their real estate portfolio from risks both during their lifetime and when it comes down to passing on their estate to the next generation.

For content and expertise for this website and upcoming blog, as well as for future live presentations, I will be relying on the expertise of my Advanced Case Team at Hub Financial, as well as the Advanced Case Team at Independent Financial Planning Concepts. I also look forward to working hand-in-hand with other industry advisors such as accountants, lawyers, and property & casualty insurance brokers, to help you truly protect your empire.

I wish you continued success in your real estate investing business,

Kind regards,

PS: It has come to my attention that not everyone is familiar with the meaning of the word maven. Maven = someone who possesses special knowledge; an expert.
